The Salvation Army Greater Toledo will be distributing Thanksgiving food items to local residents in need. Donations should be dropped off by Monday, November 13, at the Salvation Army, 620 North Erie Street, Toledo.
Donations are requested for the following items:
•Various sizes of turkeys
•Stuffing
•Cranberry sauce
•Corn and green beans
•Pumpkin pie mix and pie shells
•Mashed potatoes
•Rolls and butter The Salvation Army is a faith-based, comprehensive human service organization whose programs help individuals, families and communities lead healthier, safer and more productive lives. The organization is equipped to respond to disasters such as fires and floods as well as the daily, ongoing struggles of the region’s less fortunate individuals.
