The Springfield Local Schools Early Childhood Center at Dorr Elementary School, is accepting registrations for the 2021-22 school year.
Registration packets can be picked up at the SLS administration building, 6900 Hall Street, Holland, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Spots are limited so parents should register their child as soon as possible.
This year, children will attend preschool Monday through Thursday of each week. Although class times are not yet finalized, plans are for the morning session to be from 8:15 to 11:15 a.m. and the afternoon class from 12:15 to 3:15 p.m. The first day of preschool will be Wednesday, August 18.
Springfield Local Schools now offers roundtrip bus transportation for all preschoolers between their home and school. Parents should notify school officials at the time of registration if their child will ride the bus.
