Springfield Local Schools reminds parents that certain immunizations are required before entering school.
Incoming kindergarten students should have received the completed series of Dtap, MMR, chickenpox, polio and hepatitis B shots.
Seventh graders are required to have a Tdap booster and meningitis vaccination, and high school students must be administered a meningitis booster on or after a student’s 16th birthday.
