BGSU MathCamp
More than 50 fifth-grade students from all Springfield Schools’ elementary buildings recently participated at Math-Camp, a program coordinated by Bowling Green State University. The camp, which took place at Springfield Middle School on Saturday, March 26, allowed the Springfield students to experience just how much fun learning about math really can be from Bowling Green State University department of education students–many of whom hope to someday become full-time math teachers.
The end result was definitely a win-win situation and a great time was had by all. #springfieldstrong thanks BGSU for this on-going opportunity to support the development of future educators and, of course, show our students how much fun is it to learn.
