After holding Eclipse of the Sun for the solar eclipse, the Springfield Township trustees are looking forward to hosting the traditional Freedom Celebration at Community Homecoming Park, 7807 Angola Road.
The celebration will take place from 5 to 11 p.m., Saturday, June 29 and will feature family oriented activities, children’s games and local food trucks.
The evening will be capped with a fireworks display at 10 p.m.
Sponsors of the celebration include the Countertop Shop, Elizabeth Scott Community, Holland Springfield Chamber of Commerce, Sam’s Club, Savage and Associates and White Family Dealerships.
