The Lucas County Health Department is offering “Vax to School” clinics every Saturday in August.
Parents may bring their children to the health department, 635 North Erie Street, Toledo, between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. on August 7, 14, 21 or 28 for vaccinations.
All childhood vaccines will be available as well as COVID-19, which is for those 12 and older.
Parents are asked to bring a hard copy of their children’s immunization record, parent ID and insurance card.
Participants will receive back-to-school safety items and backpacks, and those receiving a COVID vaccine will be given a $100 gift card while supplies last.
Appointments or walk-ins are welcome.
