The Lucas County Retired Teachers Association will hold its next luncheon and general membership meeting on Tuesday, November 2, from noon to 2 p.m. at the Inverness Club, 4601 Dorr Street.
Lunch will be served at noon followed guest speaker, Tyler Palka, profootball player and actor. He will speak on the educators who influenced him in his lifetime.
The cost is $25.75 per person. Choice of entrees include chicken francaise, sage rubbed pork tenderloin or roasted vegetable strudel.
