The Arts Commission will host the Art Loop Haunted Harvest, on Saturday, October 16, from 3:30 to 9 p.m.
There will be a Handmade Toledo mini-makers mart, family-friendly trunkor-treating, pumpkin painting, creative spaces, pop-up performances, interactive experiences, music and food.
The event takes place on Adams Street between 17th and 21st streets, including Uptown Green Park. Outdoor movie starts at 7:15 p.m.
Costumes are encouraged. The Art Loop is free and open to the public and is a rain or shine event.
