On November 10, the Holland Springfield Chamber of Commerce presented a check for $3,200 to Helping Hands of Northwest Ohio. From left are chamber member Lee Ann DuBois, presenting the check to Pastor Roger Trowbridge of the Dwelling Place, and chamber members Mike Langenderfer of the Countertop Shop and Jacob Barnes, Springfield Township planning director.
The pastor expressed appreciation to the chamber for its donation. “This will help benefit families in need with holiday meals this Christmas. I want to thank the many hands that make the Christmas season special for everyone.”
In addition to meals, Helping Hands works to provide presents to those in need at Christmas.
