To celebrate the holidays, Springfield High School’s student government came up with a novel idea–Peppermint Partners. Numbered candy canes were passed out during lunch periods, and students were challenged to find their mystery partner whose number matched their own.
Once they found one another, students were asked to take a photo of themselves in front of winter-themed backdrops, above, located in hallways. All photos were placed in a slideshow to be shown on the cafeteria television. The partners also received a raffle ticket and were entered into a drawing to win gift cards.
