Students looking for an arts integrated education from the number one charter school in the state have only a few short weeks to apply for the annual student lottery. Toledo School for the Arts’ enrollment lottery deadline is is Friday, January 27, at 3 p.m.
In previous years, TSA has had far more applications than they have spots for students interested in attending, but this year provides a unique opportunity for interested students. For the first time, TSA will admit 120 sixth grade students and add 20 additional students to the seventh and eighth grades.
“We will be opening a new Performing Arts Classroom (Black Box performance space), large dance studio and Community Portal this fall along with the expanded class enrollment,” said Interim Director Rob Koenig. “We believe that this is an exceptional time to join TSA with our new facilities and increased enrollment.”
The lottery application process can be completed online. Those interested should visit ts4arts.org for more information. Questions about the lottery application process should be directed to TSA’s dedicated enrollment coordinator at admissions@ts4arts.org or by calling 419246-8732 extension 250.
