Lucas County Canine Care and Control’s (LC4) Dogs on the Town (DOTT) program is being expanded to allow individuals to take dogs from the care center on day-trip adventures into the community.
Time outside of the shelter environment helps to reduce dogs’ stress, and provides enrichment and increased visibility for adoptable pets.
