Topical Thursday will be held Thursday, March 9, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., at the West Toledo Branch Library, 1320 Sylvania Avenue. The event is hosted by the League of Women Voters of Toledo-Lucas County.
This month’s topic is “Who is Protecting Lake Erie? Part I,” with speaker: Kip Studer. He is a Western Lake Erie Basin nutrient management specialist with the Lucas County Soil and Water, Conservation District, Ohio Department of Agriculture. He will share the role Lake Erie plays in this ever present issue for northwest Ohio.
