Museum to open April 6

Holland-Springfield-Spencer Historical Society museum will open for the season Thursday, April 6, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., 7154 Front Street, Holland.

This is the 100th anniversary of Holland becoming a village, 19232023, and the museum is researching and displaying information about those who served as mayor. Each month the Holland-Springfield Journal will feature an article on one of the 12 officials.

Also, the society is researching the Holland High School Class of 1923. There were six students, all ladies, who graduated that year.

The museum is open to the public. After April 6, it is open each Thursday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
