Residents indicted by grand jury

On April 6, a Wood County grand jury indicted several local residents in separate incidents.

Lauren T. Wiard, 31, 6035 Wakefield Drive, Sylvania, was indicted on one count of unauthorized use of a vehicle, a felony of the fifth degree; one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the second degree, and one count of receiving stolen property, a fourth degree felony.

According to court records, the incidents allegedly occured in November and December 2022. If convicted on all charges, she could face a maximum of more than 10 years in jail and fines of $22,500.

Common Pleas Judge Matthew Reger will hear the case.

Trey C. Radford, 24, 2250 Perrysburg-Holland Road, Maumee, was indicted on one count of theft, a felony of the fifth degree.

According to court records, the incident allegedly occured in March. If convicted, he could face a maximum of 12 months in jail and fines of $2,500.

Common Pleas Judge Molly Mack will hear the case.
