The third annual Sylvania Franciscan Connections Free-for-All is set for Saturday, September 9.
The event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and will be open to the public.
Household items that are in good working condition are gathered throughout the year and then brought out under a big tent for community members to take what they need, free of charge.
The Free-for-All is inspired by the Franciscan mission to care for the poor. Follow signs to the tent on the lawn between the Rosary Care Center and Lourdes University.
Items include clothing, coats, furniture, blankets and bedding, kitchen tools and accessories, Christmas and assorted décor and more.
Sylvania Franciscan Connections brings the sponsored ministries of the Sisters of St. Francis of Sylvania together for purposeful expressions of the Sisters’ mission.
