The Wood County Park District will make the night bright with the annual Wild Lights at W.W. Knight Preserve, 29530 White Road, Perrysburg Township.
This year, Wild Lights will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., Friday through Sunday, January 19 to 21.
Free and open to the public, the event will feature a forest illuminated by lights surrounding life-sized 3D foam animals provided by the park district.
Visitors will stroll the park path through the lighted forest and will have the opportunity to vote on their favorite display.
The decorations were created by individuals, groups and organizations and the best displays will win prizes.
Afterward, attendees can stop by the nature center for hot chocolate, cookies, games and a photo station offered courtesy of Friends of the Parks.
The park district expects visitation to top 1,000 this year. For more information, visit wcparks.org.
