Budweiser Clydesdales coming to Toledo and Rossford on June 27‐28

To celebrate 15 years of partnership with Folds of Honor, a nonprofit organization that provides families of fallen or disabled U.S. service members and first responders with educational scholarships, Budweiser and the iconic Clydesdales are embarking on a cross-country tour—and they’re coming to Toledo and Rossford.

There will be multiple events featuring the Clydesdales, including beer deliveries around Fifth Third Field and an appearance at the Toledo Mud Hens baseball game on Friday, June 27, where Budweiser and Treu House of Munch will present a donation check to Folds of Honor. A Folds of Honor representative will speak to their mission and long-standing partnership with Budweiser, as well as the organization’s work in Ohio, delivering more than 1,500 scholarships to local residents.

Following are where residents can check out the Clydesdales:

•Friday, June 27 at 4 p.m.: beer deliveries around Fifth Third Field and appearance at Mud Hens game. The Clydesdales will parade and deliver beer around the field ahead of the game at 7:05 p.m., where Budweiser will present a check to Folds of Honor.

•Saturday, June 28, at 4 p.m.: beer deliveries through downtown Rossford; starting at Hollywood Casino, 1968 Miami Street, Toledo, with multiple stops at bars and restaurants along the way, along with a full Clydesdale hitch appearance.

Over the last 15 years, founding partner Anheuser-Busch, its brands and wholesaler partners, like General Distributing, have donated over $33 million, which has funded more than 6,600 scholarships for Folds of Honor recipients. To mark the milestone, Budweiser is elevating its commitment to supporting Folds of Honor by:

•Donating a portion of proceeds from all 12-packs of Budweiser and Budweiser Zero sold to the organization all year long.

•Donating a portion of proceeds from Budweiser’s annual limited edition patriotic packaging, available through the summer to Folds of Honor.
