Following is a list of school supplies to be purchased prior to the first day of school. Please send these items to school with your child during JumpStart Days in August.
Label all supplies with your child’s name.
Wheeled backpacks are not permitted for safety reasons.
No pencil sharpeners.
Make sure your child has the proper shoes on scheduled physical education days.
Dorr Preschool
Large backpack; change of clothes to leave at school, stored in a plastic gallon-size bag, winter and summer; one container of Clorox wipes; one roll of paper towels; one box of tissues; one package baby wipes; one box of Crayola classic washable markers; one two- or four-pack Elmer glue sticks; one Crayola eight-color watercolor paint set.
Kindergarten
Backpack. An $85 fee will be collected to cover the supplies provided for kindergarten students; change of clothes to leave at school, stored in a plastic gallon-size bag, winter and summer; two boxes of tissues.
First Grade
A $70 fee will be collected for each first grader. 24 No. 2 sharpened pencils, yellow only; one pair of pointed Fiskars scissors; two thin highlighters, any color; two 24-packs of Crayola crayons; six Expo dry erase markers, thin and black; two boxes Crayola classic washable markers; 12 small glue sticks; one pink bar eraser; four boxes of tissues; one 70-sheet wide-ruled notebook; one plastic red folder; one 81/4”x5-1/2” plastic school box; one set of headphones (not earbuds) in a plastic bag; one box of Ziploc sandwich bags; one change of clothes in a bag.
Second Grade
A $70 fee will be collected for each second grader. Two boxes of Crayola classic washable markers; two marble composition books; one red plastic folder; one blue plastic folder; two boxes of Crayola crayons; 12 glue sticks; four 10-packs of No. 2 pencils, sharpened, yellow only; one pair of pointed Fiskars scissors; one pack of baby wipes; three boxes of tissues; 12 thin Expo dry erase markers, black only; one box of pencil cap erasers; one set of headphones (not earbuds) in a plastic baggie; one supply zipper pouch.
Girls: one box of quart-size Ziploc bags. Boys: One box of sandwich-size Ziploc bags.
Third Grade
A $70 fee will be collected for each third grade student. One supply box, no taller than five inches; 36 sharpened No. 2 pencils; eight glue sticks; two thick highlighters, any color; two boxes of Crayola classic washable markers; one box colored pencils; two boxes Crayola crayons; three Expo dry erase markers; three wide-ruled spiral notebooks; one pair of pointed Fiskars scissors; two pink bar erasers; two boxes of tissues; one red plastic folder; one set of earbuds or headphones; one computer mouse (wireless preferred). Girls: one box sandwich bags. Boys: one box of gallon bags.
CC/RR Classroom A $70 fee will be collected for each CC/RR student.
