The Brint and Centennial roads intersection will be closed to motorists beginning April 3. The Lucas County commissioners awarded Crestline Paving and Excavating of Toledo an intersection roundabout improvement project.

Students had a blast playing bingo during their second trimester PBIS award. Each grade level went to the cafeteria and played bingo as a reward for earning more than 34,000 Dragon Way tickets. Thank you to our SEL coach and PBIS leader, Mrs. Mohr, for organizing this amazing event.

World Down Syndrome Day, March 21, is a global awareness day which has been officially observed by the United Nations since 2012. The date, being the 21st day of the third month, was selected to signify the uniqueness of the triplication (trisomy) of the 21st chromosome, which causes Down Syndrome.

The Toledo Metropolitan Area Council of Governments (TMACOG) is accepting public review and comment on the 2024-27 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for Lucas and Wood counties. The fiscal year 2024-2027 TIP will include approximately $500 million in total project costs. Comments will be accepted through April 10.

The Department of Public Services announces the 26 refuse and recycling drop-off events throughout the city this year. Acceptable items include electronic waste, including TV’s and CRT TV’s and monitors; up to 10 tires, on or off the rim, but no commercial tires; document shredding and recycling; bulky items, cardboard, and refuse.
