Springfield BOE recognizes food service personnel

Superintendent Matt Geha presented commendations to managers Tina Buchhop, SMS/Holland; Rosemary Ratajczak, Crissey; Mary Simpson, Dorr; Kathy Augustyniak, Holloway, and Barb Mohr, SHS.

Meet Metroparks Toledo’s newest ranger, who is quickly becoming the most popular member of the ranger department. A 12-week-old Goldador, golden and Labrador retriever mix, is the park district’s first K-9.

McAlear launches ‘Holiday Drop’

Unitarian Universalist to hold Christmas Eve service

Maumee Valley Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 20189 North Dixie Highway, Bowling Green, will hold an intergenerational, nondenominational Christmas Eve service on Sunday, December 24, from 5 to 6 p.m. Refreshments will be served afterward.
